Duygu Iplikci Ergin

Duygu Ergin is a seasoned international finance professional with over twenty years of leadership in treasury and capital markets. Her career, which began at PwC and flourished at JPMorgan Chase, has spanned across Europe, the Middle East, and the CIS, giving her a unique global perspective on financial strategy and risk management.

As Head of Treasury for JPMorgan Chase in Turkey and later a Senior Vice President in the Global Emerging Markets division in London, she was instrumental in designing and implementing innovative treasury products, leading large-scale bond and derivative structures, and managing proprietary investments with consistent success.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Duygu is deeply committed to fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs. She serves as a Principal Mentor at the UCL Hatchery, the university's flagship entrepreneurship program, and holds non-executive director and advisory roles in several technology startups. As a Limited Partner in venture capital funds, she actively supports the growth of disruptive technologies.
